If you would like to buy a product on our site, you will have to insert the requested personal data necessary for Misterkit to manage efficiently your order. This data can be inserted during the registration phase or at the first purchase, following the simple instructions indicated automatically by the system.

Information concerning the privacy law
Misterkit, following the D.Lgs. 30th June 2003, n. 196, informs the clients that the personal data inserted by them during the subscription of the purchase order and/or the invoice’s compilation is excluded from the interested person’s approval as the data has been obtained only because of fiscal/juridical constraints foreseen be the law, by rules and common norms, in any case, with the only aim to consent the correct achievement of the constraints deriving from the acquiring contract of which the client is an interested party and/or for acquiring the necessary contractual information always and exclusively activated on request by the last mentioned.

More precisely, Misterkit refines that the personal data delivered by the clients will not be used for the aims of commercial information or of sending publicity material or of carrying out market researches or interactive commercial communication, if the client does not give his approval.
